Why do we call it Magic Salve? Because Amy did first! "I called this salve magic salve because it does work magic on my nerve pain. Nine years ago I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy and it never totally resolved. My facial nerve was badly damaged as was my trigeminal nerve. I was left with spasms from my forehead down to my throat on the left side. I have trigeminal nerve flares a few times a year which is very painful, it feels like bruises all over my face without the discoloring. This magic salve takes away 95 percent of the painful spasms which occurred daily for years and 100% of the bruise-like feelings which happened with the TN flares. I need to massage my face daily to help stretch the muscles and tissue to maintain the movement I do have so I simply use this magic salve instead of the lotion I used to use.
